We’ve been told that we are “McMinnville’s best bakery disguised as a jam shop”.
Every Thursday through Sunday we serve our handmade baked goods, including long-fermented and naturally-leavened sourdough boules, baguettes, cinnamon rolls, focaccia, and croissants. We also have buttermilk biscuits with a side of jam, sweet and savory galettes, sweet and savory scones and puff pastries. Our baked goods are inspired by our jam and handmade glazes, curds and pastry creams.

We serve espresso drinks to compliment our baked goods. All of our coffee drinks are made with an exclusive Alchemist Jam roast of Bastion Roasting Co coffee beans. Drinks are made with organic whole milk or oat milk. All of our syrups are made by us, by hand: fresh vanilla bean syrup, Danny’s famous caramel, house-made chocolate, and Raspberry Cardamom Rosehip simple syrup for our jam lattes.
